Welcome to my website. This website to dedicate to my working experience for 28 years in food and beverage industries.

My expertise is in Asian food, like Malay, Indonesian, Thai, Chinese and Indian food. I also can cooked and produce western food, because in my kitchen we are produce all type of food that requested by the guest. Type of food will be produce from my kitchen from Asian, Arabic and also Western food.

I’m a Sous chef and I work with place that manages by Hyatt International.

All surfers are welcome to try my recipe here. The ingredient or the weight of the ingredient can be change as your taste, it may be to hot or spicy to you, please do so. For example if you don't like to used coconut milk it can be change to milk or cream, but it can change a little bit the taste.
